"If you want to change the world, love a man, but really love him.
Choose one whose soul calls to yours, who "sees" you.
Accept his hand and guide him gently to the blood that floods your heart, where he can feel the warmth that envelops him, where he can rest, where your fire will melt his heavy burden.
Look into his eyes, look deep and see what dwells there, sleeping, awake or shy...
Look into his eyes and see there his parents and grandparents and all the wars and madness that their spirits fought in a distant land, in a distant time. Look at their pains and struggles and struggles and guilt; without judging. And let them go, let them go. Feel this ancestral burden and be aware of the refuge, the safety they seek in you. Let it melt in your gaze and be aware that you don't have to mirror that anger because you have a womb, a sweet, deep doorway to the realm that washes and heals old wounds.
If you want to change the world, love a man, but really love him! Sit before him, in the fullness of your womanhood, in the breath of your vulnerability, in the innocent playfulness of a child, in the depths of death... A blossoming invitation, gently sprouting, allowing him to be strong as a man, to move forward towards you... to swim in the womb of the Earth, in a silent knowing, together. And when he retreats..., because he will..., he'll flee in fear to his cave.... gather your grandmothers near you and surround yourself with their wisdom. Listen to their soft whispers and soothe your frightened heart urging you to remain calm, to wait patiently for his return... Sit and sing at his door, a song of remembrance, that will comfort him, once more.
If you want to change the world, love a man, really love him! Don't entice the little boy inside him to come out, with seduction and trickery; only to lure him into a trap... into a web of destruction, into a place full of chaos and hatred, more terrible than any war waged by his brothers.
This is not womanhood, it is revenge. This is the poison of the countless abuses that have taken place over the years, the rape of our world. And this brings no power to woman, it reduces her... as she castrates him! And it kills us all! And whether his mother carried him in her arms or not, show him now the true mother - embrace him and guide him into your grace, into the depth of your being, into the smoldering warmth of the Earth's core. Do not punish him for his wounds that you think do not fit your needs and criteria. Cry for him sweet rivers. Let the wounds bleed when you return home.
If you want to change the world, love a man, really love him! Love him enough to show yourself to him naked and free. Love him enough to open your body and soul to the cycle of birth and death and thank him for the opportunity. As you dance together through the turbulent winds and silent forests, be brave enough to be fragile and allow him to blow from the soft, intoxicating petals of your being. Let it know that it can embrace you, protect you and guard you. Throw yourself into his arms and trust that he will catch you even if you've been dropped a thousand times before! Teach him how to let go of him, letting go of you, and join in a sweet nothingness of this world's heart.
If you want to change the world, love a man, really love him! Encourage him, nurture him, allow him to be, listen to him, embrace him, heal him. And you, in turn, will be nurtured, supported and protected by strong arms and clear thoughts and accurate arrows. Because he can - if you let him, be everything you dreamed of!
If you want to love a man, love yourself, love your father, love your brother and son, love your former partners, from the first boy you kissed to the last you cried for. Give thanks for the gifts; for the revelation in this meeting to the one who stands before you and find it in the seed of all that is new under the Sun; the seed that you can nurture and help to grow as a plant, to grow a new world together."
